Athlesis is more than a place to train; it’s a mindset. Every detail of our environment, programs and people is designed to help you move with purpose and evolve through consistency.

This guide introduces you to the way we work, the spaces we share and the values that define the Athlesis experience.

1. Our Mission & Philosophy

Here, everything begins with people.

Our mission is to help every member train safely, intelligently and effectively with guidance that’s thoughtful, personal and grounded in science.

Our team consists of professionals with academic backgrounds in Exercise Science, Physiotherapy and advanced specializations in Strength Training, Pilates and Recovery.

They don’t just lead workouts; they create programs, track progress and help you connect movement with meaning.

We believe that lasting results come from knowledge, consistency and genuine human connection.

2. Memberships & Booking

Memberships are designed for flexibility and fairness.

Every member uses a credit-based system to book classes, Personal Training or Open Gym sessions through the app.

Each session requires a set number of credits depending on the service.

Credits remain valid for the entire duration of your membership.

All sessions must be booked in advance through the app or at the reception.

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before your session.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a credit deduction, ensuring all members have fair access to bookings.

If you can’t attend, please cancel early so another member can take your spot.

Our community is built on respect and balance.

This policy helps every member enjoy equal access.

3. Facility Guidelines & Etiquette

We offer a carefully designed environment for every type of training• from small group sessions and personal training to independent workouts.

We ask all members to treat the space with the same care and respect that defines our community.

Arrive on time and check in before your session begins.

A workout towel is provided to every member before training. We kindly ask that you return it after your session so the service runs smoothly for everyone.

Large shower towels are available for Personal Training clients and Athlesis+ members.

Any member may also request a large towel at reception with a €2 service fee.

Wipe down equipment after use and return accessories to their place.

Keep personal items in lockers and avoid leaving belongings on the floor.

Please use equipment responsibly and respect other members’ space.

Our team is always available to assist or answer questions about exercises, machines or safety.

Together, we keep Athlesis a place of balance, order and focus, where everyone can train comfortably and confidently.

4. Safety, Equipment & Recovery

Your safety and wellbeing come first.

Our spaces and equipment are designed to support effective, controlled movement — but awareness and care always make the difference.

Begin each session with a proper warm-up and use correct technique.

If you’re unsure about any exercise or machine, please ask a trainer before starting.

Use equipment with control and return weights or accessories carefully after use.

Report any damaged or faulty equipment immediately to our team.

Avoid dropping weights or leaving machines loaded.

If you experience any pain, dizziness or discomfort, stop training and inform a trainer immediately.

Progress is built through consistency, recovery and care — not just intensity.

5. Community Code of Conduct

Athlesis is built around respect — for yourself, for others and for the space we share.

We believe that a balanced environment allows everyone to feel motivated, comfortable and part of something meaningful.

Be considerate toward other members and staff at all times.

Keep conversations and phone use discreet within training areas.

Respect bookings and time slots so sessions run smoothly for everyone.

Offer encouragement when it feels right — our community grows stronger through shared effort.

Treat the space as your own: with care, order and pride.

6. Health, Liability & Emergencies

All members must complete a health declaration and confirm they are fit to train before participating in any session.

Training always carries a degree of physical risk and members are responsible for exercising with care and within their abilities.

If you experience pain, injury or feel unwell, please inform a team member immediately.

First-aid kits are available on-site and emergency services will be contacted if needed.
